As of March 21, 2022, Ontario regulations no longer require the wearing of masks for services. As such, our staff will no longer be wearing masks when they arrive for a party. However, if you would prefer that your performer maintain mask protocols, please advise us and we will be happy to comply to accommodate your comfort level.
Now that the CDC has downgraded COVID from emergency status (May 2023) and it has been declared that it can be treated as a regular flu risk (March 2024) , we no longer follow our intensely stringent COVID-19 protocols and have reverted back to our original operations, with the exception of asking performers to test if they have any symptoms before an event.
What options are available for families with a low-risk tolerance?
We are still able to do online calls if that fits better with your risk tolerance. We can also tailor a princess visit to be in your yard to make sure social distancing is possible. (weather dependent)
